Living Without Apologies: Fear as Fuel for Freedom
Stop Living to Please Others and Start Living for Yourself. Learn How to Turn Fear into the Ultimate Ally in This Simple, No-BS Approach to True Freedom."
Learning to live in a way that makes you say what others want to hear, not do what makes others uncomfortable, and not rock the boat, is the opposite of living.
We all live in fear. Fear of loss.
Loss of love, money, status, significance, loss of life.
If there was an "original sin", one single thing that eats more souls than anything else, it's fear.
Not because it's a "bad thing" but because no one ever taught you how to fully process that shit and use it in the way it converts energy to power.
There is nothing more sad than to watch a person eject from life filled with nothing but regret.
Regret because they never felt the true freedom of following their soul’s calling.
Freedom of the magical presence of being immersed in the moment without any expectations about the moment ahead.
The only way to get to that point is to not let fear stop you but instead, make it drive you.
Do you want to talk about restoring a nervous system?
It's literally no different than rehabilitation of a broken bone.
You put a little weight on it, a little at a time.
When fear makes you retreat and hide and stop there, you're fried!
That's part of it but that's only the first part. There's more and it's the best part, the powerful part of fear that allows you to become allies with it. So much so that you trust it and use it just like inspiration.
I'm going to be going over this a lot in the upcoming challenge.
And the best part is, it's simple and effective because it's natural.
But you've been bamboozled by people saying it's supposed to feel sparkly and good and no discomfort if it doesn't, you're not doing it right!
Let me ask you this...
Have you ever rehabbed a significant injury?
Did it feel sparkly and good with no discomfort?
Fuck no it didn't! It hurts like a son of a bitch!
The discomfort is what you want to get to. The right way.
Not pain. Discomfort.
- Discomfort is a really deep stretch that might make your body shake.
- Pain is your muscle ripping in half.
You have one job...
And it's not to appease others so you can earn love and acceptance.
It's to take care of your human as if your soul that lives inside of it is its parent.
And you can't do that living a life in a way that makes you say what others want to hear, not do what makes others uncomfortable, and not rock the boat.
That's the opposite of living...
